Purchasing options

Do i have to create an account?

Not at all, simply add your items to cart and checkout. However by creating an account you can checkout faster in the future.

Can i Create an Account?

You can via the Register Tab at the top of our website.

How do i Purchase something?

Click the picture this will open up that products page. If the product has a selection of colours or sizes etc, Simply select your options and then click add to cart or Buy button. 

If you have an enquiry about a product, simply use the Enquiry form on that products page. (Below the product image)

 

Are you a big corporate company?

Put simply no. We are a Husband and wife team based in the mighty waikato of New Zealand. We design & print each order as it comes in. Although we are a small we can do big things too. We can do single orders up to large orders. We do a range of products Mugs, Keyrings, Drink bottles, Glassware and more...

Want something a little R18+ rated on a mug or Keyring no worries we endeavour to make your, offensive, Rude, sweary and down right naughty ideas a reality.

Are your images a sticker or permanant?

Our Mugs, Metal Drink Bottles and Keyrings and anything featuring a photo are permanant images. These are done using special ink and will not wash off and are microwave and Disheasher safe.

Our wine glasses, beer glasses and glass drink bottles are done using permanant vinyl. Basically like a sticker but once adhered it sticks very well. These are however hand wash only and are NOT dishwasher safe. (Some beer glasses are permanant images using ink if so this will be in the product description)

Do you put your branding on the Mug?

No, Not at all. we may put a sticker on the bottom that can be peeled off.

Personalised options?

Can i have my own design, Photo or slogan added to mugs, accessories etc?

Sure thing The image needs to be as clear as possible as this makes a big difference, if you send a blury photo the photo will come out blurry on the item  we require a JPEG or PNG with minimum 300 dpi and we will see what we can do to justfunkymugsnz@gmail.com

 

Can you put mine or my child's hand writing or picture on mugs, accessories etc?

If you can get them to do it with a vivid marker (Black or Dark Blue), that would be great as this makes it easier to use in our software. Send us a photo (JPEG) of the image to justfunkymugsnz@gmail.com

 

Do you have specific instructions for washing personalised cups and mugs with decals?

Glasses and some cups Hand wash only. Do not put in the dishwasher.

With our mugs the images are permanant so they can be put in the Dishwasher and Microwave.

 

What colour mugs do you have?

Mostly White but we will add a few more colours as we go. few other colours too.

What size Mugs do you have?

We have kids sizes in 10oz or 11oz (standard size mug)

We have Adults in (Standard) 11oz, 15oz or colour change mug

Some mugs/cups are a different size these will be in the description.

What colour fonts do you have?

We can do basically any colour however we only list our standard ones.

 

I have a question about a personalised mug? 

If it is an item on our website please use the "Enquire" tab on that product that way we will know exactly which item you are talking about.

Do you have a layby option?

Yes! Simply choose the pay by Laybuy option during checkout and follow the instructions or Join Laybuy here

Is my credit card safe and secure to use on your website?

Urban Streetwear website endeavours to maintain a safe and secure on line shopping facility using a secure encryption facility Paypal, Stripe and Laybuy.

 

What are your shipping options?

Please allow up to 2 working days for processing prior to shipping

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

$6.20 Flat rate Tracked Courier within New Zealand for all NON Rural addresses including Business (EXCLUDES RURAL & PO BOX) (FREE if you spend $80 or more)

$8.50 Flat rate Tracked Courier RURAL within New Zealand for all Rural addresses (NO PO BOX) (FREE if you spend $80 or more)

We try to keep postage cost as low as possible. Unfortunately Rural postage is charged extra by Couriers/NZ Post, we recommend sending to your work place or a relative/friends house who doesn't live Rural.

$15.00 flat rate (P&P) to Australia via NZ Post

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Please allow up to 2 working days for processing prior to shipping

New Zealand Between 2-5 working days (Please note: Shipping times may take longer during our busy times. certain times of the year and public holidays) If you have ordered certain customised items this may take a few days longer depending how busy we are. we will let you know if your item is going to take longer. 

Australia Delivery target Between 3 - 10 Working days.  (Please note: Shipping times may take longer during our busy times. certain times of the year and public holidays) If you have ordered certain customised items this may take a few days longer depending how busy we are. we will let you know if your item is going to take longer. *Please note you are responsibe for any customs tax and or Fees that may be incurred.

Do you allow pick ups?

No sorry.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within New Zealand and Australia only. If however you would really like something, please contact us through the "Enquire button" at the bottom of that products page and we can get a shipping quote. If you are happy with the quote we will send you a funds request via paypal. *Please note you are responsibe for any customs tax and or Fees that may be incurred.

I have purchased an item for someone else can you send it straight to them?

We sure can, simply put there address as the Shipping address. (New Zealand and Australia addresses only. please use the correct shipping option, if you are in New Zealand and Sending to Australia then use the Australian postage option and vice versa) 

 

Pricing

Are your prices in NZD (New Zealand Dollars)?

Yes. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns: Due to the nature of the following products:  Any type of item that has been personalised specifically for you that includes a name cannot be returned. However we are happy for you to return if the item is damaged in transit only (photo proof must be emailed to us using the email address at the bottom of this page or item must be returned at buyers expence) We will not however accept returns if you simply change your mind. 


Exchanges: Due to the nature of the following products:  Any type of item that has been personalised specifically for you that includes a name. Unless of course it is a manufacturing error in that case we will relace the item or Unless item is damaged in transit. (photo proof must be emailed to us using the email address at the bottom of this page or item must be returned at buyers expence) We will not however accept returns if you simply change your mind.
